How long until my order ships?

Everything is printed to order, usually within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment it ships.

What are the prints made of?

PLA — a sturdy, plant-based plastic. It's the same material used for cookie cutters and kids' toys. Wipe clean with a damp cloth (no dishwasher!).

How do the color choices work?

The swatches on each product are the filament spools actually on my shelf right now — so what you pick is exactly what gets printed. When a color runs out it disappears from the site until I restock.

Can I request a custom color or design?

Yes! Pick your colors right on each product. For fully custom ideas, send me a message — we love a challenge.

What if something arrives broken?

We'll reprint or refund it, your choice. Just email a photo within 14 days.

Shipping

US shipping is a flat $8.00, and free on orders over $45. Express is $15.00 (1–2 business days in transit). Printing takes the same 3–5 business days either way, and everything ships from our home studio in Nebraska.

Returns

Made-to-order items can't be restocked, but if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it — your choice. Full details are in our return and refund policy.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you're near the Omaha and Gretna area, email support@3dprintedmom.com after you order and we'll arrange a pickup time and place that works. It saves you the shipping cost.
