Shipping policy

Printed to order, then shipped with care

Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Every piece starts printing after you order, so there's a short making window before anything ships.

Print time

Most items print in 3–5 business days. Cutie Bag Charms usually ship in 3. Larger pieces like the Sleepy Star Decor set take the full window.

Shipping rates

We ship USPS Ground Advantage. Rates are calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your basket, so you pay real postage and nothing more. Most packages arrive 2–5 business days after they leave us.

Free shipping over $35

Orders over $35 ship free to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are always charged real postage — a small order can genuinely cost more to mail out there than it earns, and we'd rather say so plainly than raise everyone's prices to hide it.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is printed.

Where we ship

United States only for now.

Arrived damaged or delayed? Email support@3dprintedmom.com and we'll make it right — our reprint-or-refund promise covers it.
