Pin Trading Board Keychains, Small + Medium — Printable Files (STL + 3MF)

A pin trading board that clips onto your stroller bag or backpack, in two sizes, as STL and 3MF files.

Skip the lanyard and the pin book. Clip the board to the bag, push your pins through, and your trading pins ride along where you can see them. When another family wants to trade, unclip it and hold it out.

📌 What makes this one different

🕳️ Pins go anywhere. The whole face is a grid of tiny holes, so a pin post slides straight through wherever you want it. There's no felt or cork to glue in, and you don't need to plan the layout before you print.

🛡️ The backs stay hidden. A raised rim around the back covers the rubber pin backs, so they don't snag on the bag or pop off in a crowd.

🔑 Ready for a ring. The hole at the top of one ear takes a 10/12 mm split ring, a carabiner or a bag clip.

🎨 One colour or two. Print it in one colour, or use the 2-colour file to give the head and the ears their own colours.

Sizes

• Small: 3.7 × 3.5 in (95 × 89 mm). Holds about 3 standard pins.
• Medium: 4.9 × 4.5 in (125 × 115 mm). Holds about 6 pins at 1.25 in, or 4 at 1.5 in.
• Both are 8.4 mm thick, with room behind the face for a regular rubber pin back or a locking back.

Printing tips

• Print it face down, the way the 3MF opens. You don't need supports. A textured plate gives the front a pretty finish.
• It hangs on a bag that gets bumped around all day with metal pins on it, so print it strong. PETG with solid infill works best, and since the board is thin, solid infill only adds a few grams.
• The ring hole sits on top of one ear, so the board hangs with a little head tilt.

FAQ

Do I get both sizes?
Yes. Small and Medium are both in the zip.

Will my pins fit?
Standard trading pins have a post about 7 to 8 mm long, and the face is 2.4 mm thick, so the pin back has plenty of post to grab. If a pin sits a little crooked, its tiny anti-spin nub is resting on plastic. Move it over one hole and it drops in flat.

Do I need a Bambu printer?
No. The STLs print on any FDM printer, and the 3MFs open in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and most other slicers.

Do I need an AMS?
No. It looks great in one colour. The 2-colour file is there if you want the ears in a second colour.

Are pins or a ring included?
No. This is the print file only. Grab a 10 or 12 mm split ring or a clip to hang it.

Is this a physical product?
No, it's a digital download. You get the files, and nothing ships.
