Halloween Bubble Letter Keychain File (STL + 3MF)

The Halloween bubble alphabet, A–Z, shrunk down into keychains, as STL and 3MF files. Every letter has a built-in loop for a split ring.

Put an initial on a backpack, a trick-or-treat bag, a tote or your car keys. Each letter has its own raised Halloween icon all over the front: pumpkins, ghosts, bats, black cats, witch hats, moons and stars, and a spider web. Same letters and same icons as my standing Halloween bubble letters, redrawn for keychain size.

🎃 What makes these different

👻 Icons redrawn for keychain size, not just shrunk. Scaling the big letters down would leave icons too thin to print. These have fewer, bigger icons, designed so a regular 0.4 nozzle prints every one crisp.

🔑 They hang straight. The loop on every letter sits over its balance point, so it hangs upright instead of flipping sideways. (H, K, M, N, U, V, W, X and Y have no middle at the top, so their loop sits on a top corner and they hang with a slight lean.)

🦇 One colour, no AMS. The icons are part of the letter itself, raised in the same filament. No colour swaps.

🖨️ Made to print standing up. Standing up, every pumpkin, ghost and bat builds up crisp, with no layer rings across the puffy front. And they stay chunky (about 2 cm thick), so they feel solid in your hand, not like a flat cutout.

⚠️ Please read: these need supports

Because they print standing up, arches and crossbars need supports. The files don't turn supports on for you. Slicers only trust settings saved for your exact printer, so you switch them on in a few clicks: tree supports plus a 5 mm brim. The Start Here PDF walks you through it in Bambu Studio and shows the exact settings I printed mine with.

The loop is sized for a 10 mm split ring. Smaller rings won't fit, so please don't scale these down.

FAQ

Do I need a Bambu printer?
No. The STL prints on any FDM printer, and the 3MF opens in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and most other slicers.

Can I make them smaller?
Please don't. The loop is sized for a 10 mm split ring, and the icons are already at the smallest size a 0.4 nozzle prints cleanly.

Can I print them lying down instead?
You can, but the icons come out blurry and stair-stepped on the curved front. Standing up is what keeps them crisp.

Is the loop strong enough?
Yes. It's thicker than a normal keychain loop because it prints standing. For bags that get tossed around, use the sturdier infill the PDF suggests.

Can I choose which icon goes on which letter?
No. Each letter comes with its own icon. The full list is in the PDF.

Do I need more than one colour?
No. Each letter prints in one colour, icons included. Silk gold, orange, purple and slime green all look great.

Are the split rings included?
No, this is a digital download. Grab a pack of 10 mm split rings and you're set.

Can I sell what I print?
Not with this download. It's a personal use license. To sell prints you need a commercial license, so email support@3dprintedmom.com and ask.

Can I share or sell the files?
No, never. Not with friends, not in a group, not on any site, and not free. Only 3D Printed Mom sells these files.

Is this a physical product?
No, it's a digital download. You get the files, and nothing ships.
